NakJoon (Bernard Park) revealed that he lost 21 kilograms (approximately 46 pounds) for his comeback.

Bernard Park said he lost 21kg for the comeback. 

On October 12, NakJoon was invited to SBS Power FM’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time” to talk about his new album. During the interview, DJ Choi Hwa Jung asked, “Isn’t being on a diet hard for you?” NakJoon confessed, “There’s never a time when I don’t want to eat anything. I want to eat again right after I eat something. I weighed portions of rice, chicken breasts, and broccoli and ate those measured portions every day.”

On this day, Choi Hwa-jeong, who recently succeeded in diet, asked, "Is diet difficult?" 

"I never wanted to eat food," he said. I just want to eat it again, "he said. "I eat white rice, chicken breast and broccoli almost every day," he added. 

Chunjoon was also said to be healthy through diet. "I have more energy and less cold after a diet. I was allergic to spring, but I did not have any allergies this spring. " 

DJ Choi Hwa-jung said, "I feel better. It does not mean that it was not that old, but it means more light. "

On the other hand, the winner of the SBS entertainment program 'K Pop Star Season 3' which lasted 2014, sang back to the new song 'Still' on the 10th.
